Welcome to The Padgen Institute of Healing Arts web site. It has been a long time coming. I am very excited to share my vision and the work that I love.

My name is Steven Padgen. I founded The Padgen Institute of Healing Arts on the principles and techniques of Structural Integration, Visionary Craniosacral, and connected Breathwork. These techniques are approached from a perspective that all healing is self healing; and allows for the bodys’ innate intelligence to heal itself and quiet the mind.

I have been fortunate to have many accomplished teachers and mentors guide me in my life work, with each possessing the wisdom to encourage me to follow my path.  Those teachers living introduced me to those who have p***ed. I extend great thanks to my mentor and teacher Norm Cohn (founder of the Utah College of M***age Therapy Family of schools) who introduced me to the teachings and the work of Dr. Ida P. Rolf, and the philosohy and teachings of J. Krishnamurti. It was through Norm that I was introduced to Hugh Milne; the creator of the Visionary approach to Craniosacral therapy. The time spent with Hugh as a student, and the many cl***room hours as his teaching ***istant profoundly shaped and continues to influence my work. Hugh’s book the Heart of Listening is a continuing source of inspiration and knowledge.

Through my studies of Structural Integration, Craniosacral therapy, and my exploration of Native American Shamanism, I was lead to the very powerful work of Stanislav Grof and his Breathwork techniques.  The healing power of non-ordinary state of being has inspired me to combine this triad of therapies; Structural Integration, Biodynamic Breathwork, Bodywork, and Craniosacral therapy. These therapies can support everyone’s healing process.

Healing and the healing process is a very personal experience.  Over the years I have witnessed diverse approaches to healing.  One common root cause of the lack of health is “STRESS”. The feeling of being “stressed out” is an expression of imbalance.  Stress manifests in mental, physical, and emotional symptoms. Dr. Rolf taught that there is a way to eliminate the effects of daily stress. “Stress is gravity’s effect on a random structure”. When a body is organized; the force of gravity flows through, stress is relieved, allowing the body to spontaneously heal itself, and return to its’ natural state of well-being and health.

I am dedicated to providing my refined tools and depth of experience to guide you in your healing process. I am happy to schedule a free private consultation, via telephone or at The Institute. Information and education are the first steps towards healing and living the joyful life you deserve.

I am having an issue with the Toshiba Satellite A505-S6980 which is unable to give me the proper connectivity with the Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless-N adapter. As i am having the 300MBPS network but the Toshiba only connect at the 150 MBPS. So if anyone have having the same query then please let me know about the solution of Realtek RTL8191SE Wireless-N only connecting at 150Mbps. Thanks in advance.
